so we met up for dinner to statisfy

our thai cravings.

went to a restaurant, and then headed for some

live entertainment and drinks.

we were promised some eye candy by michael.

according to him: "the singers are very very handsome! very handsome!"

actually i was suspect of his taste, but however... hahahaha!

i think you'll find out in the coming posts i promise!

we were the first few to arrive,

and not yet time for the band to perform yet.

and we did the only thing we know how to pass time

- CAMWHORE!

HAHA.

finally the band started and i was anxious

to see the male lead singers lol

there were 2,

and charis and joey fancied this skinny tall guy

(who we think applied lipstick lol),

however there wasnt a picture to show of him

and there's another lead singer..

so you know, joey was the one who kept my camera for me,

and she kept taking picture of the guy above (for me i think).

until i think that guy knows and he keep moving so that joey

cannot get a good shot lol.

i had a gr8 time there and i hope to see....

as all of us never experienced Hari Raya before,
we planned and decided to go to mud's house
for some visiting.

so we met at BP, then walked to mud's house,
so - called just a 5mins walk -.-
it took like more than 10mins!!!!

anyways we then arrived at his house
and binged on the cookies, and then had our lunch.
we then explored his room...
watched mtv and some critique show,
and i fell in love with jay sean hahaha!
i mean he looks so good in the "down" mv haha!
then we camwhored before leaving around 6-ish.

On the 1st of Sept, i left for thailand for a school's service learning trip.

i was there was 11 days, made alot of friends, saw alot of things,

and experienced stuff which i wont get to experience

back home.

also, who knows, i may have found myself there.

so 11 days, alot of pictures,

so i shall only show a picture or 2 of my favorites for each day as a summary.

Day 1: 1 Sept

early morning we met at Changi, mum sent me off.

reached Bangkok airport around 10 in the morning.

we had to catch a domestic flight to Chiang rai.

so we had to idle at the airport for several hours.

who knew we would become a clique? ♥ JAM
anyways, we stayed at the mirror foundation (MR)

Day 2: 2 Sept

set off to the local school (Huay poo) where we will be teaching them.
just an introductory to the school.
so while the kids were having lunch
i was taking picture of some of them studying
and then they camwhored!
such innocents.
they are really friendly and innocent

after the kids end their lessons, we accompanied some hilltribe kids who attend school
back to their home where we will stay
for the next few days.
the walk up the hill takes 3omins!

Day 3: 3 Sept

My sleeping partner was Jac, opps sounds so wrong.
but she's my sleeping buddy
2 students are assigned to a hut to stay with a family.
our hut apparently wasnt occupied
presently.
i think the woman married off or something
anways we had the whole hut to ourselves

So we woke up bright and early, no electricity what!,
breakfasted then accompanied the kids
to school. yes another 2km walk down..
so today begins our first teaching day

the kids are so adorable!

especially dan, hehe.
we gave them papers and colouring materials
then as you know there's
language barrier
then this boy came up to me and signal to him(dan)
he was crying
oh my baby!
he looked so sweet
my heart seriously just melted
i mean he cried because his colouring
paper flew away
and he did not have the colour that
he wants lol
anways i comforted him and then he became my pet lol

Day 5: 5 Sept
last day at the village, and the school
i miss the toilet lol
the bath is really very invigorating lol
and it is surprisingly clean!
Day 1, everyone said they wont be bathing at the village,
expecting dirty toilets etc..
IN THE END WE BATHED EVERYDAY!!!

Day 6: 6 Sept (R&R)

went to Golden triangle, Mai sai border, Opium museum.
stayed at Mirror Guest house

Day 9

last day at Mirror foundation. had a party

Day 10

white temple, local night market, elephant ride.

Day 11: time to go back

after school we celebrated mud's birthday

at Sofra's.

we thought this was mud's first time there,

but it wasnt!

anyway we weren't disappointed with the food.

quite novel actually, and we all like

the bread especially leon.

sad to say i only ate one tiny bit!!!

it's quite meaty, the food,

but i think they have some dishes with vegetables,

cos i remember us talking about eggplants lol.

mine, i liked it.

it's beef and lamb with cheese in tangy tomato sauce.

after dinner, we walked to suntec.
it was like so quiet, like ghost town!
and then we had urge for ice cream!
sadly B&J's no longer there,
so we went to millenia to have
FROLICKS!
woooo.

and then we rushed home to watch american idol haha.

DAY 1 - Singapore - KL

so early in the morning i took a cab down to the airport.
haha the taxi driver was very kind.
He asked it i have my passport and everything lol.
and when we reached the airport,
he gave me 70cents off!

so mud was the 2nd to arrive,
jac the third,
and lastly not surprisingly he was last haha.
he came in the nick of time for us to check in.
so we quickly made our way in.

the flight was less than 40mins.
we only had time to listen to 2 songs on our ipods!
oh yea and we crazy twitterers, we twitted before flying off!

so we arrived in KL 40mins later!
WELCOME TO KUALA LUMPUR KIDS!

so we cabbed down to the city,
arranged with the lady at the counter.
fare cost around 90+RM.

1hr later we arrived at Novotel,
the hotel where we are staying at.
But it was still too early to check in,
it was only 9plus.
So we left our baggage with the concierge,
and went to Pavilion,
the shopping center just beside the hotel.
Now, we chose this 4* hotel precisely because of this lol

so we went around in search of food.
as it was still early, most cafe and shops were not open yet.
so we settled for Toast box.

there, we planned our itinerary for our days here in KL.
finally when all is settled,
we went to.... FOREVER 21!!!!
we, can you imagine it?, spent 2 hrs there!
the place is effing big!!!
have not even spent 1/2 a day there
and i already shopped at Forever 21 and Topshop!

however, i just got some stuff which i like,
and heading mud's advice, reserve the rest for our last day haha!

finally it was almost time to check in.
dont like the staff attitude argh

rested for around 1/2hr, then we began our exploration of the city!

the view from mine and jac's room
not bad eh?

we went to Berjaya Times Square,
and had our lunch at the Chicken Rice Shop.
its quite nice, and we decided not to talk about our upcoming
senior year at school, and just enjoy our holiday.

we came to the conclusion that the styles just do not suit us.
and i wondered if i will ever get some shopping done?

we then left Berjaya times square, disappointed and amused.
Next stop, Sungei wang.
Something interesting happened on the way,
i think somebody got thieved,
because there were a few people running after this guy,
and he managed to get away.
boo.

nothing much to see, or rather, buy,
so we took a monorail down to KLCC
then changed to LRT.

it was rather out of the way i think.
then we took the LRT.
at first, we just find a place to stand,
you know like you do in Singapore? just stand anywhere you want?,
then we saw all the locals staring at us,
oppps. we saw we have to queue lol.
we were amused haha.
so we queued,
and commented among ourselves,
how different they are from us haha

then the unexpected happened..
when the train arrived...
WE GOT SERVED!!!
we didnt even need to walk in wtf,
we were pushed, like really pushed!!
then when we were all in the train,
we looked at each other
and started bursting out laughing!!
we laughed all the way til our destination,
and we cant seem to stop our laughter!

our mistake was taking the train during knock off hours.

feeling a little hungry,
we had a bite at A&W!

i shared the root beer float and waffle with jac.
walking around, not much to offer fashion wise,
we sat outside Apple and tappped onto Starbucks wireless connection
to tweet and update our Facebook statuses!

Hahahaha.
it was around 9plus, when we bought takeaways from the foodcourt.
then we went to see the iconic towers
and CAMWHOREDDDD

finally it was getting quite late,
we made a last stop at the supermarket
to buy some snacks and drinks back to the hotel.
then, we took a cab back.
KLCC, being a renowned center, does not allow touting of cabs.
so while we were at the taxi stand,
this driver tried to charge us RM10 back to the hotel.
I knew what he was doing and purposely asked mud to
ask him if it is for one, or all of us.
Suddenly, from behind someone approach,
and the driver having recognised who it was,
immediately drove away!!!
we were stunned haha

so that guy, the security guard, helped us hailed a cab,
strictly metered.
in the end, the trip back cost arc RM4!!!!!
can you imagine all the trouble we went through,
when the place is so freaking near our hotel?!

after showering, we went over to the boys' room
and me and leon ate our dinner,
and all 4 of us watched tv.
my teppanyaki was great!
after planning for DAY2,
we all went to dreamland and prepare for Day2.
DAY 2

Bright and early, we travelled to MidValley Mega Mall.
we then had the super duper delicious Nando's!!!
recommended by leon.

i had the mild peri peri 1/4 chicken.
it is super duper nice,
i will want to eat it again and again.

lucky we had the refillable drinks haha
cos it was very spicy and we were very generous
with all the spicy peri peri sauces

after our meal, we walked around,
bought a belt from Dorothy Perkins.

then, leon and jac wanted to try the Fish spa.

LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THE FISHES!!

it was fun watching them get tickled by the fishes!

next, we decided to have ice cream at
Baskins And Robbins!

i super likey mine : peanut butter with chocolate, topped with M&Ms
by far the nicest i ever had from BR!

according to leon, his tasted like medicine lol

evening was fast approaching and we decided to leave,
to avoid making the mistake we made yesterday haha!
funny how the mall being so huge,
we have nothing that interest us.

so we headed back to Pavilion.
Initially we wanted to watch 17 again,
but it is not released yet

so we watched Confessions of a shopaholic.
The movie was starting in around 8 mins,
so we girls bought the tix,
while the guys went back to put their stuff in the hotel
and grabbed jackets.

finally they came back,
and we went into the theater just in time.
THE MOVIE WAS GREAAAAAAATTTT
WE LAUGHED LIKE MAD!

we went and grabbed our dinner.
had Marinara ( a new choice for me) at PastaMania.
Usually i eat Vongole,
lucky i tried Marinara, i like it,
i will order it next time

time for the shops to close..
we went and tried sheesha

Peach flavour, we're novices.

after the sheesha experience,
we headed back to our hotel,
exhausted.

DAY 3

had cheesecake bought from KLCC
yesterday for breakfast.
we journeyed to the Old Railway Station,
determined to at least visit some attractions.
we only carried my bag out,
cause we are going to Petaling St later.
The Railway station place was out of the way.
We had to dash across roads akin to expressways!
and ohmy, the heat can kill!!!

so we then left for our next planned destination,
the Central Market.

i had the most amazing Sotong + La la ever!!!

Next was to Petaling Street.

This Muahchee is very unique,
it has several flavours
instead of the usual plain ones.

We couldnt stand the heat, and so we left.
went to KLCC again,
this time we walked back to the hotel.
around 10mins walk.
Back at the hotel,
we found out the room wasnt made up yet
5 plus and not yet made up tsk tsk.
so jac went to the pool while i showered,
just in time cos they came and wanted to make up the room.
so i went over to the other room.
watched harry potter and the order of the phoenix.
after everybody was ready,
we set off in search of some local food.

the sotong is very nice!
we ordered chicken also,
didnt take picture because by then we were already devouring
our food haha

we didnt want to eat so much because we plan to go drinking after.

haha we did something crazy,
running across the diagonal road,
which no one else did.

not lot 1 ok.
i kept saying "lot one" the other day haha

then we went to the lounge at Picollo hotel.
Actually we ( or I) wanted to stay there.
until we found out that Novotel is better cause
its near Pavilion haha!

we ordered a jug of beer,
leon wanted to challenge me lol
and root beer for mud.

you can tell jac doesnt really like beer haha

so we left them, we went to the toilet near the theater.
then we went back to find them

back to the hotel

we sang Jai Ho back to our rooms lol

--- i went over to the boys room,
took the boys card
and ran back to my room.
hahha.
jac was showering.
then the boys went over to the room knocking
on the door like mad.
then when i didnot open the door,
they went over back to their room
and call our room.
then i played music for them hahaa.
then leon came over.
i took the "do not disturb" sign and try to push
it over under the door.
then we were pushing it here and there
then i push over the hotel card.
only i didnt realise it was the wrong one.
when i heard the door next door slam shut
i quickly ran to the door
they tried to open the door
lucky i lock it haha.
and u know what happened?
mud and leon....
they crawled over!!!
hahahaha
they didnt know i could see
and i was laughin like mad
then they could hear
hhahahaah.
damn funny,
jac missed the fun!

DAY 4

we woke up late,
checked out and left our baggage at the hotel,
then did last minute shopping at Pavilion.
today being a weekend,
we finally see crowds.
i think i prefer it when theres nobody haha

bought stuff and last minute lock for my bagagge
because im checking it in.
then we went to Foodrepublic for lunch.
and i found the delicious seafood.
this time i ate Sting ray and sotong.
jac ate that too
mud ate sotong plus la la.

then we went and find Secret Recipe.
we want to bring some back home.

after settling everything,
we headed back to the hotel.
packed my bag,
and when everything was done,
we took a cab down to the airport.
1/2 hr later we reached

one last twitter before we leave.

lucky i brought the pink recycle bag cos my bag was filled.
and i can carry it up onto the plane.

haha i was busy updating,
then i ignored them when they wanted
to camwhore.

then we set off to check in

had burgerking for bites.
then it was time!

so aunty uncle mummy and sis came to fetch me,
drove back home.

woke up as early as 5-ish in the morning..

set off close to 7, and we travelled via the Second link.

...and the jam can kill!

but i just sleep, listen to music, play DS lite

haha.

&&& i was sandwiched between 2 liverpool cars!!?! merdeeeeeeee!!!

and the one in front so dumb keep letting cars pass him.

so we drove further down.

finally reached our destination ard 3 in the noon

then we went roaming of cos,

all familiar places,

and they built a new shopping mall beside Hotel equitorial!!!

we cant find our favourite pineapple tarts

bought wristbands and hair clips!

the peranakan restaurant is damn beautiful,

with all those authentic perankan antiques..

but that cant be said the same about the food..

still cant beat the one near Hotel Equatorial,

our fav hotel + fav restaurant.

we didnt go to our favourites because we dont want to lead everyone

i dont really rmb where is the restaurant,

and everyone was hungryyyyyyyy

&&&& leaving for Malacca on friday morning, back in time for Easter!!

happy shit, i got crumpler.

when i reached home i realised it can store alot of stuff.

(water bottle, passport, DS lite, camera, Itouch, handphone, wallet and lastly packet of tissue ahahah)

the bigger version of the pouch that protects my itouch.

denim shorts + black tweeds from Zara.

no, i didnt get the faded denim.

maybe because i have the dorothy perkins ones and Taka's zara does

not have it.

i fancy you'll get to see the shorts i bought when i go to KL!

dinner at NYNY, and no i did not have fish and chips

I'm getting old and I need something to rely on

orchard hotel, 2nd time there

the food this time round is different from

the last time we went there.

however the sashimi is the best i ever ate.

abit pity there werent crayfish..

we were sat near the fondue,
the last time we went we were sat
in front of the salad bar!

i ate melted cheese fish & chips?

blueberry cheescake, nice, which they tried to bluff me
said they baked it themselves
ya right!
they made me stand on the chair!! before the cake came out..

they used relighting candles,
and i had to blow a million times!
until like everybody was laughing at me!

then the waiter (eugene's good friend eh? lol) wished me happy birthday!haha

so lately i have not blogged because
my internet connection has been down

and now i cant remember the things i wanna blog about!

but anyway, ive book the hotel rooms
for our trip to KL!
its my first time booking hotels
so i spent 2days!

Novotel, i heard its jus right beside Pavilion mall,
which will be our shopping haven heh

i just checked agoda, the price have increased substantially.
so im glad i didnt dilly dally!
and i have to make a list of places we wanna go..

and also our (/my) transport to the airport...

and im still wondering if i should get a tattoo?

i think i know where i wanna have it at..
even though ive been saying i want it
between the shoulder blades
IVE CHANGED MY MIND
cos i saw someone(dont ask who)'s tattoo
same place i wanna have at
pfft wait he say freaky or wad no way

so i decided i noe where
